Yoga

For many, the practice begins on the yoga mat. In the beginning, the idea that it could be anything more can feel intimidating. Yoga is a path of tuning into the self, reconnecting with the breath and body, and regaining composure and steadiness of the mind. This journey is not linear, and each teacher offers a unique approach, using the asana practice (physical postures) to bring deeper awareness to the self. The ability to truly see and know oneself is a superpower—one that allows for greater freedom, contentment, and ease in life.
As ever-changing beings, failing to recognize this can create obstacles to self-acceptance and contentment. A regular practice not only strengthens awareness but also deepens the understanding of change, allowing individuals to embrace who they are in the present moment. Yoga is a practice—an ongoing journey of growth and self-discovery.

I offer private classes but am currently fully booked. However, I maintain a waitlist for those interested in future availability. I have space for bi-weekly private sessions and welcomes inquiries for small group classes, including those for friends or couples.

My classes go beyond movement; they serve as a guide to self-understanding and self-awareness. My approach encourages students to feel comfortable and connected to their bodies, fostering a sense of harmony where all systems are aware, awake, and attuned to one another. Classes are open and light in their offering, designed to leave participants feeling good while also encouraging introspection. She incorporates mantra (mind keeper), affirmations, meditation techniques for focus, and Sankalpa (intention) as tools to establish a deep sense of unity within.
