From 38-42 weeks, I’ll be available day or night.

You can reach out with questions, updates, or for reassurance. When labour begins, I’ll be ready to join you.

Support During Labour

When it’s time, I’ll provide:

  • Breathwork guidance, massage, and positioning suggestions.

  • Aromatherapy and other comfort measures.

  • A steady, calm presence to protect your birth space.

  • Support for your partner so they feel confident too.

  • Support and guidance with positions and movements.

  • Massage and counter pressure that really serve.

  • Assistance with communication, ensuring your wishes are heard and respected.

  • Guiding & fully explaining your options if things need to change somehow

  • Complete attention and presence for your needs

I work collaboratively with midwives and healthcare staff to create a warm, supportive atmosphere for everyone. It's all about co regulation in the space.

After Birth I’ll remain with you until you feel settled—after a shower, a meal, or a quiet moment. My role is to help you land gently in this new chapter.

Postnatal

We’ll meet at least once after birth:

  •    Within a few days – for feeding support, early guidance, and, if you wish, talking through your birth.

  •    I'll arrive with a care package of food and treats all nutrition dense and hormone balancing for proper support during these early days.

  •    And a call or check in a week or so later – for reflection, questions, or simply a listening ear.

Double Doula Care Package is around  £2500 (depending on the other doula from my cohort)

This package includes the care and support of two doulas working together to ensure you are continuously and completely supported throughout your journey.

If one doula becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll remain fully covered — there will always be someone you know and trust available for you. Beyond that, shared care means you have the wisdom and experience of two doulas holding you, offering extra support and perspective whenever needed.

We often work this way to make sure that all our clients feel deeply cared for, especially during busier periods or when other commitments are scheduled. It allows us to maintain a high level of availability, presence, and personalised care at all times.

I collaborate closely with a small team of wonderful doulas who share the same ethos and approach. Once we’ve connected, I’ll introduce you to the other doula who may be part of your shared-care support — so you can get to know one another and feel confident in your circle of care.

My intention is to offer calm, kindness, and clarity—so you feel empowered, respected, and well-supported throughout your journey.
