Soul Practice
​Soul Practice is more than a yoga class.
It is a living exploration of the interconnectedness of everything.
The breath and the body.
Movement and stillness.
Sound and silence.

This is how I teach.
Not as separate techniques — but as one continuous conversation.
Through yoga, conscious breath, rhythmic movement, grounding rock, and immersive sound, we awaken the intelligence already within you. Each practice is an invitation to feel, to listen, and to return home to your body.
