CONNECTED BIRTH: FEEL & FLOW
A practical, embodied birth workshop for you and your birth partner
Birth preparation is not only about understanding what might happen. It is about learning how to support yourself through it—how to soften rather than brace, work with your body, stay connected to your breath and feel held by the person beside you.
Feel & Flow is a three-hour, in-person workshop bringing together the mind–body elements of my Connected Birth approach.
This is not a full antenatal course or a day filled with information. It is a spacious, practical workshop where we explore what labour asks of the body and actually practise the tools that can help you meet it.
Together, we will explore:
• How safety, privacy and your environment support the hormones of labour
• Breath, sound and relaxation techniques for rising intensity
• Releasing tension through the jaw, face, hands and pelvic floor
• Movement, positions and ways to create space within the pelvis
• Birth-ball movement, rocking, swaying, lunging and instinctive movement
• Touch, massage, hip squeezes, sacral pressure and other comfort measures
• How your birth partner can offer calm, confident and responsive support
• Helpful words, encouragement and ways to protect the birth space
• How to adapt and find your way back to yourself when labour changes or feels overwhelming
There will also be time to ask questions, talk through anything that feels uncertain and gently explore how these tools might support your individual birth.
You do not need to remember every position or perform birth in a particular way. The intention is to help you understand your body, discover what feels supportive to you and give you both some familiar practices to return to when labour begins.
You will leave feeling more connected, more prepared and clearer about how you can work together—whatever path your birth takes.
Your booking includes:
• One place for you and your chosen birth partner
• Three hours of practical, in-person preparation
• A digital Feel & Flow companion to revisit at home
• Guided practices and tools to continue using before birth
• Tea, time and space for your questions
