Connected Birth
"Feel & Flow"
A three-hour practical birth workshop for you and your birth partner.
Birth preparation is not only about knowing what might happen. It is about learning how to soften, breathe, move, stay connected to yourself and feel genuinely supported by the person beside you.
During this workshop, we will explore:
• Breath, sound and relaxation
• Movement and positions for labour
• Birth-ball work and creating space within the pelvis
• Touch, massage, hip squeezes and sacral pressure
• The connection between the jaw, nervous system and pelvic floor
• How your birth partner can support you with confidence
• Working with intensity and adapting when things change
• The hormones of labour and creating a feeling of safety
This isn’t a full antenatal course or an afternoon of being talked at. It is a warm, embodied and practical space to experience the tools, ask your questions and begin discovering what might feel right for you.
You’ll leave with greater confidence in your body, practical ways to work together and familiar tools to return to when labour begins.

A gentle, nourishing workshop for mothers after birth.
Postpartum is a profound physical, emotional and hormonal transition. Yet, while so much attention naturally turns towards your baby, there is often very little space for you.
Return to Self is a place to slow down, be held and gently reconnect with your body and yourself.
Together, we will explore:
• Nervous-system settling and grounding
• Gentle postnatal movement
• Breathwork and sound
• Belly holding and nurturing touch
• Releasing tension through the body
• Rest, warmth and nourishment
• Identity, relationships and asking for support
• Simple practices for moments of overwhelm or depletion
• Deep relaxation and rest
There will also be space for honest conversation and shared experience, with no pressure to speak or share more than feels comfortable.
This isn’t about bouncing back or returning to who you were before.
It is about meeting yourself where you are now—and remembering that you deserve to be cared for too.
Babies are warmly welcome. Feed, change, settle, walk or pause whenever you need to. Nothing has to look a certain way here.
Held at Mudra Yoga London
Limited places to keep the space calm, intimate and supportive.
