This one-to-one session is focused entirely on practical tools to support you during labour. Using the Connected Birth approach, you will learn to integrate mind, body, and breath so you feel confident and supported on the day.
You will explore:

Breathwork, sound, and nervous system regulation

Movement and positioning for comfort and to support baby’s descent

Partner support, massage, and hands-on comfort measures

Other labour tools: water, Rebozo, TENS, acupressure, and birth balls

Integrating these tools in real time, so you can practice and feel prepared
Format: 2-hour one-to-one session, in-person or online
